Catrina Hoppes is a first year student at Harvard, having graduated from University of California, San Diego in June 2013. She wrote her Bachelor thesis on Fräuleinwunder literature, focusing on issues of genre formation and sexuality. She then spent two years studying in Heidelberg and Madrid. Her interests include 19th and 20th century as well as contemporary literature, literary theory, and film.
