 ### Annual Goethe Workshops

Students and faculty from Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, the University of Chicago, and the University of Zürich gather each spring for a two-day seminar on a work by Goethe. The universities in turn host the event; the number of participants is not limited for the host institution, but the visiting institutions bring a maximum of two graduate students. Participants intensively read one single literary work over the course of two days, but in the past have also examined Goethe's poetry and his letters.
